Used rv

Looking to buy used rv, early 2000 model, trying to decide on brand. Have seen that Country Coaches seem to be higher than almost every thing else, what makes them higher or it just hype. thanks

Used RV

Howdy Soybeans

I can tell you from experience, that there is no hype involved with Country Coach.
The coaches are second to none in quality, fit and finish. The chassis are superb quality, and ride wonderfully.
These were high end coaches built on custom made chassis, and the top end coaches were built to customer design.
For a list of models, original prices and changes over the years, check out

Damon has a bunch for sale, and has kept track of all the models over the years. The coaches where, in decending order,
Prevost Conversion,
Concept,
Rhapsody,
Lexus
Affinity
Magna
Intrigue
Allure
Inspire
Tribute

For more, and I am sure, better opinions and explanations, head over to

Luck,

It's all about compromise. You'll get higher quality and better finish in a Country Coach than you will in a less expensive brand but you do pay for it. What do you prefer driving; a new Toyota or a used Lexus? For the same price as a 2000 Country Coach, you might be able to get an 03 Revolution or Mountain Aire or Allegro Bus or an 06 Discovery, etc ... It all depends on where your priorities are.

CC seems to be made well based on owners' opinions. Back when I was doing all the research to upgrade to a DP, Newmar and Tiffin were at the top of my list and I did not consider CC because of the price difference.
