No problem and if I was in the market for one, I'd definitely give it a looksee.
Comments were made so that one might be aware for what to be looking out for. Dried up seals and the works, just to name a few concerns.

Does not do one good to be so sensitive to criticism. The world is full of people who see the glass "half empty". They are always waiting to rain on some one's parade. Nice looking rig.

Yes, it was clearly stored inside for most of its life. It does have a lot of the typical checking in the paint etc. for coaches of the era, but certainly passes the 10-ft test when it's polished up like in the photo.

The interior is also in really clean condition. It does have 110K miles on the clock, so it was certainly used but well looked after. Hoping to keep it nice and put another 100K on it before we're done with it.

Awesome.

Glad you found a good one. Personally I feel the Dynasty coaches were one of the best bang for your buck coaches for many years. Our 2003 now has just over 133k miles on it and I'm pushing for that 200k.

Howdy Ramets!

I'll bet you pretty much know down to 5% +/- [maybe closer] ratio how much you monthly spend on average. Seeing as you appear to be rather frugal considering the rigs you list... care to enlighten!!

Thanks, Art and Linda

The word I had was that our coach sat in storage for over ten years, was brought out, totally gone thru, including a custom paint job, rebuilding the gen, going thru everything, and then sold to the buyer previous to us. They used it for several years and then we bought it.
A starter solenoid, batteries, tires, regular maintenance, replaced rear AC unit, and put 20,000 miles plus on it in the last ten years.
Barn Queen? Maybe, but woke up nicely and restored to previous beauty and reliability.

Well, when we first hit the road in 2010 I didn't want to have to scrimp on anything. After all pinching pennies isn't my style. We've always had a budget of $5,000 a month, but in all the years we've been on the road we've NEVER come close to hitting it. Which has given us quite a comfortable cushion should any need arise. That includes extensive renovation to the inside, and other updates to make living more comfortable. Like moving the TV into a custom cabinet with a TV lift, and putting two recliners across from the Tv, and a residential Fridge, HiDef dish on the roof, hardwood & carpet flooring, combination computer desk & dining table with credenza. After all if you're going to live in it, it should be as comfortable as possible.
