Voyager wireless camera system

The rear view camera system on our coach is fine for looking at the toad but not so helpful for backing, etc. The field of view is fairly restricted and the camera housing prevents it from looking "back" more than 15-20 feet. I was thinking about supplementing it with a Voyager wireless system. I saw one installed in a class C at a shop where I was having some work done. I was impressed with the resolution, etc., - the owner loved it but had very few miles using it. Of course, that was sitting in a shop - no idea what real world would be like. I may bite the bullet and replace my camera and monitor with a wired system - beyond my capability to do the work, so I suspect I would be in the $1,000 range very quickly. Anyone have experience with the Voyager wireles models?

Our last coach had the wired Mobilvision system. One on each mirror and one in the rear. That system does not provide enough power (amperage) for 2 cameras in the rear so we had to tap into a 12v line at the rear of the coach and install 2 wireless cameras. We then switched the monitor for a larger quad screen. Monitors are generic so you do not need to change your side view cameras. All I can say is that you will be amazed with the 2 rear cameras. With a quad monitor you can have both rear cameras on. You will have what looks like a continuous view from the hitch out to infinity to the rear.
