Wall separating from ceiling in 2000 Winnebago Chieftan

Was camping this weekend and noticed light along the ceiling beside my main slide in my class A. This extended from the edge of the slide into the bedroom. When I pulled the slide in the light was mostly gone but still visible in the bedroom. The gap closest to the slide was closed up by the pressure of the slide.

Interestingly enough when I came home and parked, the wall was all closed up as it should be. It still appears to be out by about 1/4 inch from the edge of the slide into the bedroom.

I suspect the wall has become detached and wonder if anyone can give me an idea where to start looking. Doesn't look like there's any exterior access so I assume I may be tearing off wall panels to diagnose and repair this before the leaks start.

I know it requires the silicone to be redone but the wall moved about 1/2 inch out when parked.

Thanks,
