Be prepared to be visited by any rodents in the area.( EEK ) It's a favorite treat for them. Works real well on traps.

DON'T USE GOOF OFF!

It will remove the printed pattern from the wall paper. (Ask me how I know)

I too have this question after removing the border, will try the WD-40 tomorrow in the kitchen area. I did the bathroom and still had the sticky stuff on the wall in a few places. I put a new border up that was prepasted, dip in water for 30 seconds and stick on. I worked great and stuck to the places that had the glue still there. So if the WD-40 doesn't work I will install over the top of it.

Try an eraser for ink. you can get them at staples or similar stores.
