Regarding Shop4Seats, our seats won't be here for a whileI but I am very satisfied with Customer Service so far. Quick responses to our questions and very helpful.

My only complaint was the fact that they for some strange reason would not answer my Emails. They did answer the phone and gave me a direct number to call. I ordered my chairs today from them and got a account on their website. Hope to get my chairs within 6 weeks if not before.

There are quite a few different Flexsteel models and they are significantly different in width and side support. We bought one that provides the most lateral support and is more "car-like" than the others. Bradd and Hall said that it is their most popular model.

There are also two "levels" of chairs to choose from--regular and deluxe. We decided that we don't buy chairs often so we ought to opt for the best. We bought two fro B&H last spring upholstered in Ultraleather and all I can say is that the passenger chair with its footrest is nearly as comfortable as my Ekornes Stressless and that's saying a lot.

The purchase and installation experience at Bradd and Hall was superb and I would highly recommend them.
