Isn't Splendide the only brand? If you're looking at residential washer make sure you have the closet depth. We like our Splendide / Ariston. A bit pricey because made in Italy.

We really like our Splendide and would get one again, but they are a little expensive. There are other brands as I have seen some installed on some coaches we have been through.
Try goggleing apartment size washer and dryer.

We have the Whirlpool stackable washer and dryer. No problems after 3 years of use.

I have the Splendid 2000S combo unit. If I had a choice, I would look strongly at units that offer 220 volt dryer. My understanding is they dry much faster.

There is no 220V in a motor home.

We have Whirlpool and the wife loves them better then the ones in the house.

We love our Splendid/Ariston washer and dryer stack!
And x2 on NO 220 volt
That I learned here at IRV 2! Almost made that mistake!

Be aware you will most likely need a 120V dryer to avoid expensive modifications to the "120V only" electrical system to your coach.

240 volt is available with a correct 50 amp pedestal. A 240 vac circuit would have to be run from the breaker box. Only the 10kw and 12.5kw Onan generators produce 240 so that would be a consideration.

Depends on the motor home. Newmar's newest King Aire has 220V for the dryer.
