Our 06 Itasca Sunrise had a combo washer/dryer hookup and came from the factory as a 30 amp rig. We never gave up the cabinet space to install the WD, but the hookups were there and ready if we had wanted.

My holiday rambler vacationer 2015 came with stackables installed from the factory.

It's really dependent only on the floor plan including space that could be used for that, though it may be an option. Typically you lose closet or drawer space to include a washer/dryer.

Usually the RV requires 50A shore power as well, Strictly speaking it is not a requirement, but for practical purposes you would need more than 30A shore power when the dryer is running.

My 1999 Triple E Commander used to have a Splendide combo unit in it and the coach is only 30 amp.

Our 2016 Georgetown 364TSF has hookups for a combo unit.

My 2005 Damon Intruder 377W is pre-plumbed and wired for Washer/Dryer. I opted not to get them but everything you need is there save the space.. Which I used for storage.

There are Georgetown and Jayco Precepts that have the capacity for a set up.
