On my Journey, there's a gap between the interior back wall and the end cap of the RV of around 6". I don't think there would be any problem with venting into that gap, particularly if your dryer vent ends up to be near the rear grill.
The difficulty might be in getting an outside dryer vent cap installed on that outside wall because I'd think you'd want to direct the warm moist air down and you'd want a small flap and screen like a home dryer vent has for the same reasons.
Since the dryer loads are as small as they are, I don't think moisture would be a problem for the outer fiberglass end cap over the short vacation times most people use their RV. Now that I think about it, don't think a full timer would have to worry either.
