If the windows need resealed, you'll need butyl sealant strips (comes as a roll) and then non-sag lap sealant, I am currently resealing my roof but the windows some next. Its a bit of a process but pretty straightforward, lots of screws to remove, breaking the butyl stickiness to the side, and maybe a helper on the inside to help ease the window out, scraping and cleaning, then reinstall
I have been told (and believe part of my own problem is) the cap moulding that runs along the seams, I found several broken rivets and the roof had separated away from the side, plus the where the front cap and side attached had started to come loose. I drilled out the old rivets and used some longer aluminum rivets and butyl caulking to reseal underneath and inside the holes, then non-sag lap sealant to seal the top of the moulding as well (you can see this in my roof reseal topic)

MY coach is not the same model as yours, but I am betting the build procedures are pretty close
