There is a back flow valve in the input water line that has probably come apart and shut water supply off. They are a cheap, plastic part and should be replace with a brass one.

Yep^^^

City Water Inlet Assembly internal check valve....cockeyed/O-ring dislodged etc

Disconnect the Supply hose....it center of inlet should be a white plastic tip...push it in and let go...it might reset

If it doesn't.....fill fresh water tank/use pump
**get 3/4" garden hose plug and screw it into inlet connection until you get/replace the City Water Inlet Assembly

Welcome to the forum.

I agree too. Replace the check valve but if you're not near a place that sells them or have to wait while one is being delivered online, you can possibly even clean it by removing all the small parts and reassembling to see if that might actually clear it up temporarily ...see video as he did a temporary repair by just re-seating an o-ring that had come loose until he could get a new valve to replace it for a more permanent fix.

Also, before doing anything else, double check that the city water valve is in the city water position.

You are getting water when using tank water using the pump, though, right? If not, you may even have the common problem where every single screen in each faucet aerator is blocked by sediment. I've actually had that happen. So see if you have water to the toilet. If the toilet has water and none of the faucets do (or even the shower head), then check the aerators to make sure there's nothing blocking them.

What he said. My recent experience, setting out for winter camping and I can't get water pressure anywhere. Each and every faucet had clogged aerators. So, little cleaning and viola I have water pressure. I had this happen with my boat, I swear it's just plastic out of the tanks and lines.

Do you have water delivery everywhere when using your on-board water tank and internal pump?

If the on-board is working you've eliminated "every screen being plugged with sediment."

Next - I'd check for the simple stuff in this order;
  1. kink in supply hose - visually inspect
  2. no water from the pedestal - remove hose at the pedestal and check
  3. plugged hose - remove hose at your water inlet and check for free flow
  4. plugged filter - remove the filter element from the housing and check for flow.
  5. Bad inlet valve - remove filter housing and check for free flow into the wet bay.
