Some pumps have a hidden adjustment for the pressure switch and I believe the water system is tested to at least 80 PSI. You could also just buy a higher rated pump, the higher the volume and pressure, the higher the cost. You will have to make sure the wiring and switch/switches will handle the current on the better pumps. If not, a relay circuit could supply the additional current allowing the old control system to just turn the relay on/off as desired. I test my water system every fall when I winterize it with 100-110 PSI Air blowing out the lines. If it is going to break, I want it at home where I can fix it. Eleven years so far and no failures.
