water problem

Hi everybody.
I have a holiday rambler year 2000 Imperial 38 lf .
my kitchen sink water system has a flow problem. It just barely runs just a slow drip. The slide is on the sink side. My dad says that the water line must be kinked from the slide, But it was working last time I had it out. I will take any advice I can Please Help the wife is getting pissed off. the water runs good at all water lines except the kitchen.n checked the hose no problem there.

there is another problem with the water valve that switches from tank to fresh water. when I switch it to fresh to tank the water runs out the hose.
Any thoughts?

Have you checked the aerator screen in the faucet? It's common for that to get blocked by calcium deposits.

On your other issue, you should have a check valve in the water inlet connection. It sounds like that has failed.

Runs out of which hose? City inlet hose, winterization hose,...?

I think the valve you are talking about is the one used to fill the fresh tank from the city inlet? Water can't run out the city inlet if the fill hose is attached there. If not, what is it? Generally you don't need to turn a valve to utilize fresh (city) water vs tank water, but I'm not familiar with your particular set-up. A photo of the wet bay would help.

Lo Flow from Kitchen Faucet:
Clogged Aerator (screws into end of faucet)
Clogged 'cartridge' inside faucet
Kinked water supply line ----sink in slideout

Water leaking out of City Water nlet hose connection:
City water inlet assembly 'check valve' has failed....could be cockeyed or o-ring has been dislodged
*Cockeyed----turn ALL water sources off, open faucet to relieve pressure (cold side)...then remove inlet hose connection screened washer and push in on the center of white tip then let go. (check valve is a plunger/spring/o-ring assembly (if just cockeyed it could reset and stop leaking)

If still leaking when you turn pump on.......get a 3/4" PVC plug and screw it into the hose connection (or a 3/4" garden shut off valve)
Any hardware store will have both

For the kitchen sink, does not run for Hot & Cold? Unscrew the aerator on the end of the faucet, it might be clogged.

Does the faucet have a pull out head? If so unscrew the head and check the inlet. Crud can plug that also. When all quiet turn the hot then cold on and listen for the restriction. Can sometimes be heard.
