Water tank fill procedure for 94 Dolphin

My husband and I just bought a 1994 National Dolphin and of course all the paper work isn't available for it. Our question is how do you fill the water tank and having filled it....how do you drain it? Help would be appreciated.

I think National made a good product. I don't understand why they went out of business when other manufacturers that produce motor homes of less quality are still around.
