We did it!

After much research and discussion we took delivery this week of a 2006 Sightseer 29R , through Guaranty RV Center in Junction City, OR! Our salesman Dave worked on a good deal and helped us through the process. We had a wonderful tech, Ramon, who was patient and thorough in the walk-through... Did I mention patient?!
We spent the night on the lot as we were too tired to drive home (took us 8 hrs with a couple of stops).....Ramon came back next morning to help us on a couple of minor issues , he's a gem
It's back to work today but retirement beckons ...4 months!
I'll change my signature after I rest up... Then it's doggie shopping

Congrats folks, we owned a 2005 Sightseer 30B in the past, and it was a great coach. Enjoy.

We'll, I've been trying to attach pix but not successful, and no message saying why not! I click on "choose file ", I select existing photo, which is shown as a little thumbnail, then "submit reply"....no photo in post! Is there a step I'm missing??!
They are iPad photos and no extensions (jpg, etc) if that makes any difference.
Any advice out there?

And now I get it when people say it's not unusual to have several different coaches through the years...DH is already dreaming of the next one...diesel, of course! He was a bus driver for many years and is missing they air brakes and retarders.
This one is small and compact and I can drive it, so am happy for now!

So I guess the photos have to be uploaded first, under Manage Attachments? That was tiring!
Thanks for the welcome , we may see you "out there" soon!

Well, big congrats on the coach, and good luck with the retirement!! We're two years in now, and don't regret a thing.

The "increasing coach size syndrome" is an endemic disease. Allow yourselves to enjoy it!

Don't intimidate yourself with false notions!! My DW does just fine driving our 40ft, 31000 lb DutchStar.
