Weak roof trusses

1997 holiday rambler imperial. Near the 2 airconditioning units in the roof especially the front one it seems thqt my roof trusses may be compromised to an good inch or so sag. Any ideas greatly appreciated.

It may be that the AC unit has been leaking some and the plywood decking has deteriorated and is sagging now. Can you drop the AC grill inside the coach and get a good look at the structure where the opening is? That may provide some useful information.

Can you see the sag looking at that area on the inside ceiling?

Go to YouTube and look at the roof repair videos by "AZ Expert". You can get a good idea of how the roof structure is made up and what to look for.

For Example (maybe look through his videos for something on an old Monaco or HR):

I agree with Mike. It's very possible that a water leak may have rotted the roof structure.

Oh man that's not good news. Thanks for the tips.. o will later this morning look up through the inside.... and chek the videos. Not like I have enough junk to replace!! Ugh....

Rv roof install. Look them up on YouTube. They have several videos including sagging / damaged trusses. Good luck..
