Weighted blanket
Wahooo.... We’ve just started sleeping under a weighted blanked and LOVE it....
Wasn’t too sure about it when I took it out of the box because that thing felt really heavy but we’ve been pleasantly surprised!!!!
Warm and toasty.....
Haven’t had to turn on heated mattress pad on those cold nights....

I have a 20lb model I keep in the trailer. It helps sometimes— especially in the summer when I’m working nights. (going to bed in full daylight).
Here lately I’ve been using a time release melatonin and it has help more than anything ever has.

So let me get this straight, is it a blanket for the bed to retain head? and not a blackout shade to darken and cool?
Am I on track?
Thanks,
greg

It’s more to help with anxiety related sleeplessness. Mine has a cooling fabric to not sleep as warm.

Saw those advertised on TV.......NOPE
Not for me...I do Not like feeling trapped when sleeping
Most times I sleep with just a sheet over me and naked
Different strokes for different folks...that's what makes it so FUN in Life.
Worked 12 hr rotating shifts
I found that if I went straight to bed after a nightshift and didn't get distracted.......dark painted room/black out curtains and SOUND SLEEP

Weighted blanket - NOW!
I've always had problems sleeping and I was sleeping with just a sheet and undies. I saw someone making comments about these blankets in a different forum and i have to say- i've used it since before Christmas and my 20# feels great!
I don't know what the summer in the south-east will bring.
