Weird Slide Issue!

We are on maiden voyage in our '18 Ventana 4037. The bedroom slide just randomly inches in several times a day. Sometime partially and occasionally all the way in. Newmar said it has slide locks, so no worries about it going out on road. This is crazy, any ideas on what's going on?

If it has hydraulic slides, then you have a solenoid leaking. The hydraulic system uses pressure to keep the slide out and if it's leaking there's nothing holding it. If they are electric slides then you may have a random signal or the motor brake is not holding. I agree with you it is weird though that it will creep all the way back in.

Have you actually seen it move? Can you hear anything running when it moves or is it so slow you don't notice the movement? Anything happen when you're in bed, I mean with it moving, you know what I mean.

Does it feel possessed? may be time to move while you still can.

Did you explain to Newmar that slide locks didn't have anything to do with the slide coming in when it's extended.
