Wow. 100k is a milestone for sure. As mentioned, it’s a testament to your diligent maintenance. Your coach looks as good as new, maybe even better. Nice work Scott
We will be back in Havasu in October. Lets plan on a Jeep ride or dinner or something.

Hey thanks again for all the nice comments. Yes, while she was awake at the time, she was not very much in favor of stirring around and leaving at that time of the morning. I don't very often *push* her into any form of a decision, regarding anything. We, for the most part, mutually agree on all aspects of life. But, we'd done it before as stated earlier so, while she was a bit hesitant, she knew it would be fine.
As for the rig making it to 100K and my maintenance, well, I do take care of her (the rig) Oh, and the wife! I'm one of those that figures, if I don't get onto issues when they pop up and or maintenance when it's needed or even before it's needed, then if that rig breaks while out on the road and it was due to my being lazy, then WE are the ones who'll have to suffer the consequences.
You all are travelers. You know Americas roads. Some of them are in pretty sad shape. I don't know where all our *road tax* goes, that we pay for in each and every gallon of diesel but, some roads sure take their toll on our rigs. For those of you that drive the I-40 from 95 to Flagstaff and back, much of that road is seriously bad. I ride the fast lane whenever I can and won't be in the way of faster traffic. But, I have a pretty good assumption that it's roads like that, that road has helped to dislodge some of my glue joints from the fiberglass to metal bracketry on both the front and the back of the coach.
Anyway, thanks again for the comments. Very much appreciated.
Scott

That is too cool! Good for you. We sold two different motorhomes that each had 90,000 miles on them, but never got one to 100,000. Good for you! Congratulations!!

Hey Tom,
Thanks for the nice comments. I just got done washing the big girl at about 06:30 this morning. I do it that early because, well, you know, HEAT. Man, I gotta tell ya, I'm getting older and older and washing this rig, including scrubbing the top, is getting tougher and tougher for this old body to do. But, I figure I still have a little left in me and save a few bucks to put into the diesel tank.
Yep, we'll plan on a Jeep trip then for sure. The wife and I just did some Jeeping up around Bryce Canyon NP and, lots of non-technical but very scenic back roads up in that area. And that included some Jeep back road running near Panguitch lake too.

Simple reason.... the deer are next to the road and on it's shoulders.. During the winter Utah uses salt to control the ice & snow... The game animals [and others] are looking for the salt.
