Another thing to check. The moving part of the window rides on "Vent Track" On mine the track was so warn that it was letting in more water than could drain from the vent holes. The windows were also very loose. I bought new vent track from Pellant enterprise on line, also great to deal with on the phone.

I had a similar issue and after resealing the window (to no avail), I finally found the radio antenna located above the window was leaking.
