What do you think

Is this a good unit? What would be your concerns?

My first concern would be to verify the seller. Reading the ad makes it sound like the rig is ready to roll, BUT, it seems like a too good to be true deal. Might be a great buy. Do your due diligence. Others will come along with much more wisdom than me. Good luck.

He has sold the unit. He lives in my town so it will be very easy to track him and the units he sells. He said that he has a friend that has one almost identical that is looking to sell so he is suppost to call me.
He said that the unit gets 11 mpg all the time. He said its not a fast off the line unit but no problem to cruise at 70mph.

11 mpg all the time? Maybe at 30 mph with a tailwind and flat ground. Anything above 10 mpg in that beast is a miracle.

This is what I was thinking but I have zero experience with this type of MH.

Everything else being equal...Good coach...good price. 11 miles per gallon? How about 8-10!! Sounds like an over zealous seller.....better check everything twice!!
