I use Weber q2000. Best propane grill out there. Even heat on whole grill surface. Holds a lot of food

Trager PTG fits great in the bays and works like a champ on burgers, steaks and smoking a butt.

I'm a charcoal aficionado. Charcoal grill at home and baby Webber https://www.weber.com/US/en/grills/s...charcoal-grill
when we camp. You can spend more for a packable RV friendly grill but I can't imagine why.

I'm a huge fan of Traeger at one time I had two of them at once. Moved from Alaska to Arizona and it was on of the first things we bought. We are on our first putting in our new (used) motorhome and wish I would of spent to money to buy the portable Traeger. Great all around grill! I have made pies, pizza and so on it! Go Traeger!!!!

Don't buy a Davey Crockett because it might overtake your life. We started smoking but have expanded to pizza making and dutch oven bread baking. In fact, we are having pizza tonight. I pre-heat the 13" ceramic pizza stone for 30 minutes at 550F degrees and the stone temp reads 650F. The topping loaded pies cook in about 7 minutes. I imagine if I was cooking Neapolitan style pizza with minimal ingredients it would be closer to four or five minutes.

Amazing little machine the Davey Crockett is. This winter we are going to give Pumpkin pies a go. I will need to devise an upper rack to cook two pies at once.
