What is this

Hi all we had purchased a class a motorhome last spring and found several of these Gray plastic tabs stuck to different counters and even some on the floor does anyone know what they are? And what they are for?

They are self adhesive cable clamps, J clips made by Panduit.

And apparently the cable or wire they held in place is no longer there. Probably some accessory gadget the former owner removed before selling.
