We pay $45 per month. Outside storage, no electrical hookups, but they do have a dump station. Completely fenced with full time security on site. And only 5 miles from home base.

We pay $50.00 a month for a really good storage site, very secure and we have electricity available to keep batteries charged. They also offer covered sites at a higher price, we plan to get that when one opens up or they add more. We looked at one place that was just for RV's and it was super, back-in to the site and it was covered, with power available and on level concrete location but it was $100.00 a month and super secure.

As you can see from the various answers, this will depend on your location and the amenities. When we lived in GA, the fee for paved, covered storage including 30 amp power, wash racks and sewer near Lake Lanier was 140.00 per month. In Tampa it runs us 250.00 for the same thing. Supply and demand at work! My brother keeps his at a fenced, gravel lot with no amenities near Orlando and spends around 90.00 a month.

Storage
I live in NM and I rent a 12x50 fully enclosed concrete floor 110 electric with a remote garage door for $225 a month. Gate card access to unit and they have a dump station. All units are fully insulated. It never gets below 50 degrees in the garage even on the few winter days that we get down to 27 degrees. Plus is I don’t have to winterize and the 110 keeps my fridge running and batteries charged.

I was charged $325/month for covered storage with 30amp power. Too much! I moved to an fenced outdoor storage with no power for $189/month.

$150 mo, dirt floor, fully enclosed, no power, payable via a 6th month minimum. That's $75-$100 cheaper than most places locally for covered storage. With all the rain here in the Pacific NorthWet, I feel its worth it.

In northern Michigan I'm paying $100. a month for a fully enclosed 15x40 storage unit with a concrete floor and 20 amp electric service. I pay the year in advance and pay the electric bill myself.

In Maryland pay $127.50 per month for a open paved lot parking space. There is a warehouse indoor storage about 30 miles away. They only want $450.00 a month.

Outdoor Storage: $30-$50
Indoor Storage: $50-$125
Heated Indoor Storage: $100-$450
The price also varies according to the size of the vehicle and services provided. Class A Motor homes storage cost you higher than the Class B and smaller RV's.

I pay $2400 a year to park in a neighbors RV garage. Insulated garage with epoxy floor, with 50A, dump and water and it's only 2 blocks from our house......all in all a pretty good deal
