Yeah the LG has been really handy except for the stowage issue. I used to cram it in the largest basement compartment but on the last trip I just stuffed it in the back of the toad.
I’ve wondered about the quality of the collapsible ladders and what I’ve seen at CW didn’t impress me. The thing is, if they have a Type I rating from ALA they
should be safe.
I’ve seen versions of the 16 footer that have an articulating joint in the center allowing it to function like a step ladder. Has anyone seen or used one like that?
