AFAIK, ALL the Monaco/HR products of that era were built on the Monaco owned Roadmaster brand chassis. Are you sure it is a FCCC ? What are the first 3 characters of the chassis vin # ?

I have a 2000 Holiday Rambler that is built on an Freightliner chassis. They switched over sometime after building my unit.

To the original poster, get the last 6 numbers of your vin number and call the Freightliner help desk (free service) at 1(800) 385-4357. They will have the information you need. If yours is a rear radiator, you can easily get the vin number off of the freightliner plate attached to the radiator frame.

If its a Freightliner, it will be an XC chassis. Problem is, that label doesn't tell you very much. Freightliner offers a several different base designs under the "XC" label, and each of those has a dozen or more configuration options the motorhome manufacturer can select.

Contact Freightliner Custom Chassis Customer Service and have the last 6 digits of your VIN handy. They can give you the details of what you have, i.e. axles, suspension, brakes, tranny & engine, etc.
