Wheel cover ID

I recently had a front wheel blowout that ruined the wheel cover. I can get a replacement from Tiffin for a little over $200. Before I do that I thought I might ask this community if you can ID the brand or provide a source for the simulator.
Dicor says it is not one of theirs.

This is from the front wheel of a 2003 Allegro 32BA on a Workhorse W20 with 19.5" wheels.

Please excuse the unnecessary pics as I cant figure how to isolate the one picture needed.

Not sure of the brand but Ebay shows quite a few wheel covers that look pretty close to the one in your picture. Even if not the exact cover, most come in matching pairs that would probably not be noticeably different from your rears. I also noticed a few of those pairs going for less than $200...
