Wheel Simulator Install

I have 22.5 inch tires and rims. I have chrome wheel simulators. They always sound like there is a handful of gravel rolling around inside them. I have tried to find instructions on installing them but all I can find is talk of them being over tightened etc.

I have them all off now to service hubs and torque wheels. Can anyone point me to an instruction manual describing how to install them properly?

Sorry I can't help with wheel simulators but when I read your comment about the handful of gravel sound it made me think of our rig.

We have Centramatic wheel balancers and they make a similar sound when the wheel is spun.

Good luck with your simulators.

Without knowing the brand and model this is hard to answer as there are at least 3 or 4 attachment methods used for wheel simulators.
