Thank you, I was sure the inverter light was always on in the past, but maybe not.

Now knowing the inverter must be on for the fridge to run tells me the light does may not be on.

If we are using the Bus, the inverter is on. I turn it off when I store it when it's plugged into shore power or in AZ I park it in the backyard and the solar panels take over.

I never turn my inverter off, it has a transfer switch built in that will pass through 110v from shore power or generator and automatically provide 110v when they are not present.
