Where did that water come from?

We just spent a week in our coach and the temps were down to 0 degrees Fahrenheit and generally hovered in the low teens all week. The aqua hot kept up nice and toasty. I aired up this morning for the trip home and water started pouring down from the ceiling, just underneath the front cap area. It was still well below freezing and there is no ice or snow on the roof. So, if this was condensation... it was lot and... how can I prevent from happening again?

It very well could be condensation. With it being cold outside and the inside being much warmer with all the things that go on in a MH, the humidity is much higher inside. Several things to consider and recreate the situation that may have caused the condensation, assuming that it is condensation; the number of people in the MH, the amount of cooking and using of water, showers, toilets, sinks, etc. All of those things are going to increase the moisture inside.
As a recommendation, open an overhead vent, even though it is cold outside, that may allow the hot air and moisture to escape.

This is going to sound crazy but you need to vent the coach interior, regularly. Bathing, cooking, cleaning and just breathing adds water to the air. Any cold surface is going to condensate it back out. Normally the windshield is the usual suspect but there's been several owners reporting water from the front cap area.

Personally I really hate having to open a ceiling vent/fan when showering. Not a fan of being wet and cold but my windshield will condensate what appears to be an endless, constant flow of water when the outside temps start to drop. Another option would be a dehumidifier. Another backwards idea in the winter but it will help.
