These A/C Compressors are not unique to Cat or Cummins. The Chassis Manufacture buys them from whom ever gives them the right price and delivery.

I would start with a Refrigeration/AC Shop with the make/model/serial number off the old one (should be a tag on the old one somewhere) and if that does not work, contact the chassis mfg. and they will likely tell you who they bought it from.
Or they will be happy to sell you one at an inflated price.
