Which short diesel pusher

I am looking for a short under 34 foot diesel pusher, probably 2000-2007 era. I seem to be drawn to winnebago or itasco 32T, national 330t or 3300, american rambler neptune 32. Which is the best driving, which would have the least big issues. Your opinions appreciated.

A very close friend of mine has had a Winnie Journey 32T since he bought it new. He has thought about up grading many time but can't seem to find anything that suits him better. It has been remarkably trouble free.

I bought my 02, 32T new. Since then I have driven it 203,000 relatively trouble free miles. Only 2 major repairs. The lift pump started failing and I did't replace it soon enough and the injector pump failed do to low fuel supply. Also the head gasket failed. Before this last trip I used to brag that it had never been towed but the fan belt broke and a tow followed. The coach handles well if you weigh it and follow the recommended tire pressure. Only looked for another coach in 07 but decided to upgrade (paint, recliners, etc.) this one.

All in all it has been a great coach and I look forward to another 200,000 miles. I'll be around 90 then and figure I finally got my moneys worth.

A friend owns a 06' National Tropical 33' which is a nice coach, with a great floorplan. Haven't seen your other choices.

New turbo, about 3yrs ago, lift pump this year.

Don't think the lift pump was an expensive replacement.

400hp to boot.

We've got a 2006 34H. Runs and drives fine and I have a friend with a 32T. Both don't stay on the market for long. What questions do you have?

Thanks jeff,
Mainly wanted information on driving qualities and any inherent major problem areas on the coach. like delamination, leaks, chassis, major dollar problems that are not shared by all coaches. Thanks

I've got an 07 34H Journey. After almost three years and 25k miles we still love it. I love driving it,smooth and easy. Easy to maneuver and not bothered by wind and trucks going by. No issues to really complain about.

We recently upgraded from a 2013 Nexus 30' Class C to a 2005 36' Foretravel U270, with 400HP Cummins ISL. I've put a little over 5000 miles on it and it rides and handles like a dream! The Foretravel has 8 outboard airbags and it's like floating on a cloud! The best part is I no longer get pushed around by the semis, now I push them around!

FYI, The Holiday Ramble Neptune chassis in the 2002-2009 range had major issues with the rear control arms. If they haven't been replaced with Source Engineering replacements they need to be...
