Can't figure out how to make the washer work. Set the program, turned it on and it just sits there with the timer counting down. No error codes. Any suggestions?

Make sure the water is turned on at the valve behind the machine or in a nearby cabinet.

The water is turned on, we get a half spin and no water and an error code E5.

On many of the Whirlpools, there is a door at the bottom right corner. Put a towel under it and then open it. It may have debris inside which will make the machine act up.
