Not if what you are in has wheels & beds that are NOT on the ground. IMO, camping is in a tent, under lean-to or open under the stars & sleeping on an air mattress on the ground. Anything else is glamping.

I recently upgraded to the S31 stainless stove which is very nice to cook on and doesn’t rattle going down the road. It lacks a conventional oven though (has convection and it works), so maybe it doesn’t qualify.

Your counters are exactly like our in our home, and we did them ourselves. I’ve never seen another like it. Nice space!

We just have a lowly gasser and my wife loves to cook while we are out glamping! One thing that always improves the atmosphere in the kitchen is a glass or 2 of good wine. The little things seem to evaporate, and the big things get small.

"We are missing an oven" is the one complaint, so I went out and bought a Coleman portable propane oven. Scratch built pizza or fresh muffins anyone?

The 3427 (2016 only) and the 37’ version 3724, in both Ventana and DS (2017 only) were not very popular floor plans so there aren’t many around. More 3724 Ventanas than anything. I spent a year looking for a 3427 and in that time saw two for sale, and bought one of them.

We added a portable island to the kitchen. It provide more counter space as well as some storage. We also have a 22 cu.ft. residential fridge, convection microwave and a dishwasher. I keep a moving pad and a couple of bungee cords to wrap the it with when traveling...in case it wants to move.

Check with IKEA for a portable island or

Ken, that is a very nice island. We had to go with something more collapsible as we have Tiffin's smallest gasser. I removed the plastic top from a 2'x4' folding table and added a wooden top. I also added a lower shelf. It stores under the bed.

I have a 2010 Forest River Berkshire 390qs. Counter is 28" deep by 8 foot long. It has a 15x 24 pull out island to the left so the stove and a small counter to the right of the sink. Sorry I could find pics on line but I can email some.
