Will it freeze crossing the Rockies overnite?

I live in Parker Co and recently feel like the "the mad snow shoveler". We must have gotten 4' in the last couple weeks.
Obviously I am 'winterized now (I hope)
I'm leaving for Anaheim this Th night probably about 7 PM. I'll be crossing the Rockies all night long when it's the very coldest. I've got a light bulb in the 2 utilty compartments that I could power with the inverter. Of course I'll want to be comfortable so the furnace will be set to 65 F or so.
I'd really like to put water in the MH before I go because finding water before Vegas might be iffy in 'cold country'. I could do the 'lots of water bottles' thing but I like being able to have running hot water for a shower or whatever. It just makes it nicer.
We may drive all night or we might stop , jst bdepends on how we feel. I'd like to opinions from you other 'cold country RVers' on whether this would be too risky.
Like I said sometimes finding places to fill the water tank on the road, is not real easy, especialy this time of year.

Max, as long as you have the heating system (furnace in your case) on the takns should have sufficient heat not to freeze. You could turn it on just prior to loading up and then fill the water tank and dewinterize the coach. Keep the furnace goind during your trip and enjoy having all the comforts of home.
