Window seal! found the problem

I found the insert rubber does not cover the whole perimeter of the window, the material is dry it needs to be replaced it!

Please if somebody know where to purchase I honestly appreciate it!

There should be drain holes in that grove , and they could be plugged up , allowing water to get to a depth where it can get over into the slide channel.
