Window won't open

I have a 2018 Insignia and have a problem with the window open/close mechanism on the front passenger slide, one is locked up and I cannot open the window last night the other one locked up but I eventually managed to get to open. Has anyone else had this issue? and what is the fix?

Are these frameless windows? If so, the rubber can stick to the glass if they haven't been opened in a while. If they are, turn the crank firmly in the direction to open the window and then walk away for a few minutes. The seal will eventually release and allow the window to open.
