Windshield seal issue

Hey. You all have been so helpful. I have yet another question. What would you do if this was your windshield seal. Picture attached. I hope.

Fancy,I have had an issue similar to yours and have used this :https://www.amazon.com/3M-08008-Blac.../dp/B00063X38M
Clean area good - put some adhesive in where weather goes put weatherstripping back where it belongs - tape in place with painters tape - wait a day and pull tape off.
