Windshield Sealant

We're new owners of a 10 yr old motorhome. I notice some age on the sealant around the windshield. Any recommendations on the product and method we should use to fix it?

Thanks in advance!

that piece of the gasket is a part of the gasket that locks the windshield in place, it fits under a lip in the main gasket and expands it to hold the windshield tight. on the side of that picture, it has come out of the lip and needs to be squeezed back under the lip, Im sure in 10 years it has shrunk some and tries to pull out around the corners. Someone tried to use sealer to hold it in place, peel that sealer off, when that center piece in in correctly, it won't need any sealer.
