Windshield shades - Bali brand

Anyone tried using them?

I see they are made in widths large enough at about $150

HD & Lowes for starters.

I see the MCD's at $395 for a single and $595 double, they only offer motorized, not sure you need motorized???

Bali also offers a dual shade but not sure of that cost.

We installed MCD electric for the windshield, absolutely love them. Best sun visors for driving ever! Also moved the original switch for more conveinance of use while camping (was on left side of dash, now in middle).

Are you talking about horizontal blinds or do they also make a shade?

It's roller shade in 100 different fabrics solar and room darkening.

It almost looks like the MCD brand, I wonder?

I used them for the screen porch on the S&B house. I like the material and it was a relief from the direct sunlight pouring into the room. However... the roller part of the shade needs a little work. Ours has a plastic chain that you pull and pull to get the shade up or down. On the side windows they wouldn't to bad at all, but on the front windshield I would much rather have the motorized sun shades.

Please report back, ask them about the duel option solar and black out versus single.

Also there are options on how they operate including power I think.

CostCo sells them for less than what Lowe's and HD sell them for.
