What make and model is it?

Other people with the same RV may have been through this before.

How to make a signature for your RV so we can serve you better.

1 .Click "User CP" on left side of the screen in about the middle.
2. Click "Edit Signature" on left side 7 bars down under Your Control Panel.
3. Fill out your signature information.
4. Click "Save Signature"

We have a 2003 National Tradewinds 375 LE. I took the RV to a glass shop in Decatur, Al this morning. On the drive over, the window shifted back into position. It's now completely level and back in place. But, it has several cracks down the curve. It is no longer an adjustment, now its a replacement. I'm trying to decide if I should pay for this out of pocket or turn it in on insurance.

So I called Duncan Systems, they quoted me $972 + I have to have someone install it. So now it's in the hands of the insurance company. They will contact Duncan and I should know when they will get my new windshield installed. BTW, the glass company suggested that since one window shifted, the other was probably due to do the same thing, so they suggest the driver's side window be reset/resealed at the same time the passenger side one is being done. That would only cost me an hour's labor since they were already doing the other window.
