Yes, I did reset the receiver several times but it still does not receive a signal. After searching it shuts down pointing north.
Double check all coax connections? Loosen and retighten a couple times to remove oxidation that might be hindering the signal. If you have a manual antenna, try that to see if your problem is the tuner or the wineguard (the auto antenna needs the signal from the tuner to point correctly..)
