My Winegard satellite quit aligning at a certain point. I get an error message, I forgot what it said now, something stall. Anyway, I called Winegard and they are sending me a new I'll call it turret. UNder warranty still, 2 years. Looks to me like it's pretty straight forward. Anyone done any of this kind of work?? Open for suggestions.

I've done a similar replacement. It's VERY easy. Just take your time.

Thanks LJowdy. I hope that fixes the problem. Winegard, without hesitation said they would send me another one. Makes me think they had problems in the past. We had some strong winds and I had the dish up. Maybe that caused the problem. I've read of some bad experiences with Winegard in here, but so far they have been very helpful.
