Good luck with a solution.

Do you have a sleep or timer function that needs to be turned off?

Does it play music that you like???? Your radio may not be new enough for this but we had radio's that came on for a weather alert. Once the weather alert was over it just played the last station that was selected. I'd come outside and the radio would be on in the camper. I'd shut it off and the next time the same thing. I finally put a switch in the power wire so it only played when i wanted it to play.

Mine did that from time to time. Never found a solution. I suspect it was due to some sort of voltage transient. The on off switch is not a true switch - just a momentary push button that is sensed by a circuit and activates the radio.

We had the same "feature" with our 2005. It's a pretty easy fix, actually. There are four screws that hold the radio to the metal plate in the cargo bay. Remove them. Gently slide out the radio far enough to access the yellow and white power wires to the radio. insert a SPST switch in the yellow wire before it goes into the radio. Mount the switch [wherever you want it] in the metal plate. Voila! No more ghosts and gremlins coming around at night to turn your radio on (unless you leave the newly installed power switch on). \ken

I had a 2006 Aspect that did the same thing. Never did figure it out. I don't have the unit any more.

Hey folks I just bought a 1985 Winnebago Elandan 31RC with 70K on it and was wondering if anyone could tell me if a 6l80 tranny will fit it if I need to do that, I know a 4l80 will fit but if I have to put in a new tranny I would rather put in a 6 speed if at all possible. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer.

If I were you, I'd do a search on the manufacturer and see what comes up. Maybe call them too.

Had a 2005 Voyage that did the same thing. Don't know why. I would put a power switch on it and you would have no worrys. It would be an easy fix. I don't own that coach anymore.
