Hi All,
I have a Winnebago with a Ford V-10 Triton and was wondering if I can go to a regular Ford dealer to get oil changed or do I need to go to a truck repair? Thanks in advance for your help

Welcome to the forum!

It depends on the dealer's shop size and if they can get it inside and / or up on a lift (according to them). Many of the "quack lube" places can do it, as can the truck shops around truck stops. There will probably be many local shops that can do it also.

Check around, A Dealer may be able to do it, or offer you alternatives if they can't. Check with the quick lube places, sometimes they will do it if their bay doors open far enough. Also the truck service shops, i.e. Speedco. And of course RV places may be able to do it.

In my area, central Indiana, the answer is NO. There are 4 Ford dealerships and only one, Ford Truck Center, performs any motor home service.
