Winnebago brake problem.

My 98 Winnebago A, brake pedal sticks when I come to a stop. As long as I remember to lift it up with my foot it's ok. Doesn't really drag but will kill the battery if I park and forget. Any Idea's?? Mark.

If you have something like this, the Z bar may need lube.

That's the vertical shaft that turns on the top and bottom bearings.

Parts 4 and 5 go on it.

Has the brake fluid ever been flushed? You can get a lot of gumming up over the years. Also, isn't there a spring on the shaft or pedal? The last thing you want (OK, maybe not the last!) is constant friction on your pads. But then, I assume you already know that.

Some of these shafts have a grease fitting but if yours doesn't I would have one installed.
