Can anyone tell me the best place to buy windshield wipers for my 1996 Holiday Rambler Vacationer ES--only ones I found were about $26 each?--Thanks Vince

I got a pair of Tru Vision 26" wipers for $29.00 (incl shipping) the pair on E-bay. Came from RV Surplus Inc.

I bought my 26" wiper blades on clearance at Walmart for 2.00 each.

I ordered the adapter kits from Camping World for 6.00 and went to the local ACE hardware store and purchased four 6MM bolts and nuts to fasten them on to the Ford wiper arm.

Works well, now I can buy any wiper arm and replace them very easily and less cost.

Skip those waaaaay too expensive RV blades. I bought 28 inch ANCO blades for about $5 each. They are a little shorter, but work fine. They come with enough adaptors to fit on the arms.

I quit using cheap wiper blades and only use Bosch blades now. They work better and last several years. The cheap ones fall apart after one summer.

Odd you should ask. Just last week I bought 4 complete blades(28") for our MH. Menards had them on sale- 2 for $2. These are universal-fit blades, you throw the plastic adapter away and use the existing bolt N nut from the old blades for the new ones.
There is nothing special about MH wiper blades except the price, if you buy from an RV place. The one thing I have discovered is, do not buy the all-plastic RainX blades, they will break if the wind from an oncoming semi catches them just right. The Menards blades have a metal frame.

Costco sells Goodyear universal kit wiper blades up to 26" for about $8.00 each.

Can you tell me how the adapters work? My wiper arm has a through bolt with a nut that runs through holes in the blade. Do the adapters you got from CW adapt a blade to fit an arm with a through bolt? It looks like maybe you have to drill a couple of holes in the new wiper blade so the adapter will screw onto it? Trying to understand how your setup works.
Thanks!

Its called a Twin Screw adapter. It fit the Ford F53 Chassis wiper blades.
