Wireless observation cameras

WIRELESS OBSERVATION CAMERAS
Looking for good hi def rear observation camera with possibly side cameras to give me that central rear view mirror feel while towing with class A motorhome.

Hi there. There are lots and lots of wireless camera choices on Amazon. If you are already set up with power in the right camera spot, that makes it easier but if want side views - you need to pick a multi camera system and be a little handy to get it set up. If not, then maybe you need the help of an RV place but get out your checkbook. I did my own rear view for under $200.

Yes, I have looked on Amazon and it is a chinese invasion. A friend purchased the Haloview and is moderately
Satisfied, has some freezer and break up of signal. His running lights distort night vision.
Some cameras seem to be normal view, some long range view, others others wide angle multi lane rear coverage.

These guys have more variations than I can count.
I’ve been using their wireless rear camera unit for a few years now without any problems.

See their website here. BTW…..they’ve been doing this since 2003.

Here's are 2 good sources. Give them a call and see what they suggest based upon your present system/wiring.

I bought a Voyager system in 2013, which works well still today.

Same with mine. No issues after 10 years.

It's not the place of manufacture that determines the quality but what is stipulated in the build contract. Prime example is everything Apple puts their brand on is made in China and they seem to be doing very well.

You realize wireless cameras are not wireless....they have to have power.

Do you have power at the places you want to install them?

Yes I realize that everything is made in China or overseas. It is just i am not familiar with all the unknown to me brands. If it was an Apple brand then I know it was a widely used product and has a good customer service and warranty. I am clueless about RV camera systems and was looking for experienced users who are either Happy with Brand A or stay away from Brand X. I know some have lag time, image break up at higher speeds, etc. I just want best value and dependability with good customer service. Yes I have power source at rear with current rear hitch camera which is no use for seeing traffic behind. I am looking at side running lights for side cameras.
