It depends on whether the bolts that attach it to the floor are loose or if the seat frame or suspension is worn out.

I have a 2005 Holiday Rambler Navigator and had a similar issue. I moved the seat all the way forward and there is, on my coach, one nut to tighten right in the middle of the base of the seat where it bolts to the floor. When it happened to the passenger side I knew all about it. I wish you luck!
