Wondering about this new awning

This thing looks bent to me ,friends ,and another shop suggested us contact compeney not installer.

Installer just says I'm looking at it wrong but I don't see any on his lot that look like this one,
Anyways ck out pic ,follow the blue strip at top.
I know most have a bend but this one looks a little much.
Ps: it does roll up/down fine no wobbles.

The longer the awning the more sag they have, entirely normal. They make supports you can add if it worries you.
Now, the delamination showing in the MH sidewall is a different matter.

That is separation from a leak
Awning is 20 foot
I have a 1985 tt with an oem awning not showing any sag
Sag in middle I know about but when we left it after first inspection
I was told I'm looking at it wrong.
The bend was in the first 6 feet from frount looking under as it's open , did not get that pic now it apears little more then the norm in middle I'm thinking they messed with it after we left. Also there is a gouge in one of those support arms ,it wasn't there on first inspection so somebody messed with it while we were gone.
Anyways we felt some smoke blowing.
I might not be an awning expert but I have been around the block a few times building cars from frame up.
Forgot to mention that shop ordered a 24 foot special order takes 30 days to get, first one was damaged so waiting another 30 days pulse ship back and inspection time.
Another one came in and it was too long as nobody thought to measure it. that one they ate.
THIS one I fig someone dropped it and bent tube .

IF they did, that would be another one they would of ate.

We will see

Don't know why you had to replace your awning, but you might want to take a look at this product.

Mine is the same. Lots of sag until I put on an after market center support. To me it is handy to have a support when it is deployed as well.

Is this a motorhome you are looking to purchase ? If this is one you already own then I can assume you are aware of the ripples in the sidewall

It is bending in the middle, needs a middle support, mine has one. Tell the installer to get his eyes examined.

Not the installers fault, he put up what was in the box, but he shouldn't lie about it not bending in the middle.

Use a string and pull it from one side to the other across the top. It will show the sag. We use string a lot when we hang ling rows of lights to keep them level and straight. Strings don't lie

Yup
We own it and the ripples I think side rippled might be from a small hole that was in the roof before we got it and caused the lamination to seperate. Coach is still solid and usable.
Not much can be done now but if it gets worse I'll fig out something as that's what I do

My complaint was at first it showed a bend in frount about the first 6 feet.
We left and came back after he had OUR adjuster look at it and said nothing is out of the norm,(didn't know my insurance adjusted worked for the shop)think they might be buds.
thing is it's sagging in middle now little more then i see on other mh on his lot.
I think someone tweaked it while we where not there.

Now I'm told you can't hardly bend one back so I'm wondering what they did and just how it might affect the life span now.
When we first noticed it the shop owner just dug his heels in saying nothing is wrong with it.

I was just looking at it wrong.
